A Truthe Ortho physician reviews the patient's surgical history, medications, and recovery goals. They design a protocol and write the prescription. Not you. Our physicians carry the prescribing liability.

Protocol monitoring, adverse event surveillance, follow-up check-ins — all handled by our care team. We coordinate with your office throughout the protocol.

Partner compensation is for services actually rendered, such as advisory board participation, protocol review, and educational content development. Every patient signs a consent document that explicitly states: these are unapproved compounds, not off-label drugs; the evidence basis per compound; known and theoretical medication interactions; the right to decline.
