Truthe makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the results, outcomes, or benefits of any product or program for any individual. Nutritional needs and responses, recovery timelines, and clinical outcomes vary from person to person and depend on factors outside our control, including your underlying health, nutrition status, adherence, concurrent treatment, and the care provided by your healthcare team. Any studies or research referenced on the Truthe Sites describe findings about ingredients or interventions under study conditions and do not predict your individual results.
Prescription therapies referenced on the Truthe Sites, including compounded peptide therapies, are not sold by Truthe. Unless a product's label expressly states that the product is certified by a third-party sport certification program, Truthe makes no representation that any product is certified for sport or free of substances prohibited by any athletic organization, governing body, or employer testing program. If you are subject to drug testing, you are responsible for confirming that any product complies with the rules of your organization before use, and you assume all risk associated with such use.
California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 ("Proposition 65") requires California consumers to receive warnings about products that may result in exposure to chemicals listed by the State of California as causing cancer or reproductive harm, at levels above established thresholds. Certain ingredients commonly used in nutrition products, including cocoa, certain botanicals, and certain protein sources, can contain trace levels of listed substances that occur naturally or through ordinary agricultural and manufacturing processes. Where a Truthe product requires a Proposition 65 warning, the warning is provided on the product label, at the point of sale, or both, in accordance with applicable regulations.
