At Truthe Health, LLC ("Truthe," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for products and services purchased through our platform.
We offer a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on all nutritional supplement products that are returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. The 30-day period begins on the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@truthehealth.com before shipping the item back.
If you have opened a nutritional supplement product and are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining unused portion of the product. Prorated refunds are calculated based on the proportion of the product remaining and are issued at our discretion. Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery to be eligible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
If you have purchased a treatment protocol that requires a provider consultation and a prescription has not yet been issued, you may request a full refund of the unused portion of your order. This includes the provider consultation fee and any unfulfilled prescription charges.
Once a prescription medication has been compounded and shipped, no refund will be issued for that medication. This is because prescription medications are prepared specifically for you based on your provider's orders and cannot be restocked, resold, or reused due to federal and state pharmacy regulations.
If a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines that a requested treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, we will issue a full refund for the prescription portion of your order. Any separately billed consultation fees are non-refundable, as the provider has rendered their professional evaluation.
