Truthe Nutrition Blend is a whey protein product. It contains milk, and it is not certified lactose free. If lactose is a concern for you, check with your physician before using it.

The manufacturer states that the whey concentrate comes from grass-fed New Zealand dairy cows and is processed using a native, low-temperature method.
The manufacturer states that the whey in every flavor is instantized with soy-free, non-GMO sunflower lecithin for easier mixing. Sunflower lecithin does not appear on the ingredient line.

Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.
