C-J-C / ip-ah-MORE-eh-lin
The most popular growth hormone peptide combination — hits two pathways simultaneously for amplified GH release.
Also known as: CJC/Ipa, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Combo
Last reviewed: April 2026
This combination attacks growth hormone release from two angles. CJC-1295 works through the GHRH pathway (telling the pituitary to produce GH), while ipamorelin works through the ghrelin pathway (telling the pituitary to release GH). Together, they produce a stronger, more sustained GH pulse than either alone.

The gold standard GH peptide combo. More potent than sermorelin alone. Tesamorelin is FDA-approved but targets lipodystrophy specifically.
Sermorelin
A peptide that tells your pituitary gland to make more growth hormone naturally — supports sleep, recovery, and body composition.
Tesamorelin
An FDA-approved growth hormone releasing peptide that specifically reduces visceral (belly) fat.
We don't currently offer this peptide — but we have protocols for similar goals.
