hex-AH-rell-in
The most potent GH-releasing peptide — also has unique heart-protective properties, but causes desensitization with chronic use.
Also known as: Examorelin
Last reviewed: April 2026
Hexarelin produces the strongest GH release of any known peptide. It also has unique cardioprotective effects independent of GH. However, it causes receptor desensitization within weeks, limiting its long-term use.

Most potent GH peptide but desensitizes quickly. Ipamorelin is weaker per-dose but sustainable long-term. Hexarelin's cardiac benefits are unique.
Ipamorelin
A selective growth hormone releaser that works through the 'hunger hormone' pathway — clean GH stimulation with fewer side effects.
GHR-6 (GHRP-6)
One of the earliest GH-releasing peptides — effective but causes strong hunger due to ghrelin receptor activation.
